STEP BY STEP
Your install, explained
Here's what happens from the moment you reach out to the moment we leave your home or business.
STEP 01
1
STEP ONE
Book Your Appointment Online or By Phone
Getting started takes less than two minutes. Call us at (470) 435-5575 or use our online booking form — whichever is easier for you.
We offer flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday, 9am–7pm, with same-day appointments typically available across Metro Atlanta.
Tell us your TV size — 32" up to 100"+ all handled.
Tell us your wall type — drywall, brick, tile, stone or stucco.
Tell us your cable goals — full in-wall concealment, raceway, or basic management.
No deposit required to book — we invoice after the job is complete.
2
STEP TWO
On-Site Wall Assessment & Mount Planning
Your technician arrives on time and spends the first few minutes doing a full assessment before a single hole is drilled. This is what separates a clean, professional install from a DIY guess.
We locate studs, identify any obstructions (pipes, wires, fire blocking), map the optimal cable routing path, and confirm viewing height with you — all before we pick up the drill.
Stud finder & wall scanner used on every install — no guessing.
Viewing height confirmed with you — seated vs standing, sofa position factored in.
Cable route planned before drilling — we identify any obstacles inside the wall first.
Above-fireplace installs get heat clearance checked per manufacturer spec.

STEP 03

STEP THREE
Clean Installation & Full Cable Concealment
This is the core of what we do — and where the quality of a 3Cs install is most visible. The bracket goes into solid studs (never just drywall anchors), the TV is hung level, and every cable disappears.
Depending on your wall type and cable goals, we use in-wall routing, low-profile raceways, or surface cord covers to ensure a finished, seamless look from any angle.
Bracket bolted into wall studs — rated for your TV weight with a full safety margin.
HDMI, power, and device cables all routed and labeled neatly.
Drywall patched if any exploratory holes are needed — paint-ready finish.
Work area cleaned up — packaging, hardware scraps, and debris removed before we move to step 4.
4
STEP FOUR
Full System Test, Walk-Through & Sign-Off
Before we pack up a single tool, we power on every connected device, test picture and audio, and confirm the mount is level and secure. Then we walk you through everything.
We explain how to tilt or swivel the mount if it's an articulating model, confirm remote control and device inputs are working, and answer any questions you have about your setup. We don't leave until you're satisfied — that's not a slogan, it's how we operate.
All devices powered and tested — streaming, gaming, soundbar, cable box.
Full walk-through of the install — we show you everything we did and why.
Satisfaction confirmed before we take payment or leave the job site.
Digital receipt & job summary — emailed to you after payment.

INSTALL DAY TIMELINE
What a typical install day looks like
Here's how a standard single-TV residential install typically plays out, start to finish.
ARRIVAL
Technician arrives on time
We confirm the job scope, introduce ourselves, and do a quick walkthrough of the space before anything else. Furniture is moved only if needed and always returned to position.
Minutes 0 - 15
Wall assessment & mount planning
Stud scan, height confirmation with you, cable route mapped. We tape the exact bracket position on the wall before drilling so you can approve the placement.
Minutes 15 - 75
Bracket mount & cable routing
Bracket goes up, cables get routed through the wall or raceway, TV hangs on the mount. This is the longest phase — done carefully and quietly.
Minutes 75 - 95
Device connection & cleanup
All devices connected, cables labeled, area cleaned up. Packaging and hardware scraps removed. The space looks better than we found it.
Final 15 Minutes
System test, walk-through & payment
Everything powered on, tested, and demonstrated. Walk-through completed. Payment collected digitally after your sign-off — not a minute before.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently asked about our process
Everything you'd want to know about before we show up.
Do I need to buy my own TV mount?
No. We can supply the mount as part of your service package. If you have a specific mount you've already purchased, we can absolutely install that instead — just let us know when you book.
Can you mount above a fireplace?
Yes — it's one of our most common installs. We verify heat clearance per your TV manufacturer's specs, account for viewing angle from your seating position, and route cables through the fireplace surround so nothing is visible.
How long does an install take?
Most standard single-TV installs with cable concealment take 1.5–2 hours. Above-fireplace or multi-TV installs may take 2.5–4 hours. We give you an accurate time estimate when you book, not when we arrive.
What if I'm not happy with the placement?
That's exactly why we tape and confirm your mount position before drilling. We won't pick up a drill until you've approved the exact location. If something still isn't right after the install, we make it right — that's our guarantee.
What wall types can you mount on?
We mount on drywall (standard and metal stud), brick, concrete, stone, tile, and stucco. Each material requires different hardware and technique — we bring what's needed for all of them.
Will you patch any holes you make?
Yes. Any exploratory or access holes required for cable routing are patched with spackle and left paint-ready. The cable outlet boxes we install have a clean, finished look — not exposed drywall.
Do you move or reconnect devices I already have?
Yes. Soundbars, streaming sticks, Apple TVs, game consoles, cable boxes — we connect and test everything before we leave. Just have your remotes and login credentials handy if your devices need to re-pair.
Do you service commercial properties?
Yes. Bars, restaurants, gyms, offices, conference rooms, and retail spaces. Commercial jobs are quoted individually based on the number of displays, source equipment, and cable routing complexity. Call us for a commercial quote.
