Low Voltage Apprentice
Key Responsibilities

Assist in pulling, routing, and terminating various cables, including Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, and alarm/burglary cable.

Support the installation and configuration of low voltage systems such as:

Security and surveillance systems

Audio/visual setups

Access control and intercom systems
-
Structured cabling networks

Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues under the guidance of lead technicians.

Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of electrical systems and low voltage applications.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
